The Tsungming Tu Complex at Tufts University is the product of a strategic infill addition, creating space for interdisciplinary research while connecting two historic buildings. The solution was to introduce a smaller addition that strengthens the existing buildings through adaptive reuse, creating an integrated complex floating effortlessly between two red brick bookends.
