Milly joined PAYETTE in 2008, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare architecture and was promoted to Associate in 2013. Since joining PAYETTE she has led healthcare planning and design at UMass Medical School’s Ambulatory Care Center, Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Advanced Surgical Center, VA Brockton’s Spinal Cord Injury Care Facility, the Private Wing Expansion for the Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi and a new hospital expansion for Aga Khan Health Services in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
Most recently, Milly has been involved in the medical planning for perioperative services and the Orthopedic Center for Excellence at Boston Children’s Hospital Waltham. An ACHA certified architect, Milly’s expertise in healthcare design, codes and procedures provides our healthcare practice with state-of-the-art hospital planning expertise. Milly was also a department head for Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Facilities Planning and Design Department from 1996-2000, where she gained a deep understanding of the operational forces that shape capital planning decision-making as well as the importance of long-term planning. Milly received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
