Creating a new campus heart for Boston Children’s Hospital Waltham: transforming an aging suburban clinic into the hospital’s first satellite hospital.
At 220,000 GSF, 48 beds, 12 ORs the project not only offers expansion and new outdoor amenities, but new green spaces in the heart of the campus will fundamentally transform the Waltham campus.

We`re wrapping up World Landscape Architecture Month with a peak into the design of the XiangYa Fifth Hospital at Central South University.
The XiangYa Fifth Hospital will provide a new world class model for the delivery of healthcare in China, accommodating over 100,000 patients a day and housing over 2,500 patient rooms. Nature is further embedded into the superstructure through gardens, courtyards, roof terraces, light monitors and generous windows that provide abundant natural light and frame views of the natural setting surrounding the building.
