Collaborative generosity is not born solely from physical layout, management style or group dynamics, but a product of all of those things. The culture at PAYETTE manifests itself not only in our open office layout, but also in our ping-pong games, our heated design critiques and our culture of asking questions. Since starting at PAYETTE 4 years ago, I have learned how important the dynamic of our practice is at every level. We strive to design buildings that transcend function to transform places and improve people’s lives; in the same way we design our work culture to achieve the best possible communication, innovation and integrity.
