PAYETTE is pleased to announce our partnership with the Boston Women’s Workforce Council (BWWC), a unique public-private initiative between the Boston Mayor and Greater Boston employers dedicated to eliminating gender and racial wage gaps.
While Based in Boston, PAYETTE is primarily an architecture firm, we have always been interdisciplinary, at one time including engineering and now encompassing landscape architecture, interior design, building science, space strategies, design visualization, fabrication, computation and research. We are at our best when we engage our clients at all levels of development and execution, starting with master planning and programming, then moving to concept formation, and ultimately stewarding the project through the careful craft of design and construction.

Founded in 2013, the BWWC leads a unique public-private partnership between the Mayor’s Office and Greater Boston employers dedicated to eliminating the gender and racial wage gaps. The BWWC recruits employers to sign the 100% Talent Compact, a pledge to examine their workplace policies, remedy pay and advancement inequities they might find and anonymously share their payroll data on race and gender to create a community snapshot on progress. The BWWC’s model is a first-in-the-nation approach to removing the visible and invisible barriers to women’s advancement.
We are proud to join this amazing program and be one of the 250+ Boston-area employers to have signed the Compact. We are committed to making Boston the best place for working women. By signing the 100% Talent Compact, we are pledging to actively examine our policies, work towards fixing any pay and advancement inequities we may find and share our payroll data by race and gender to participate in the BWWC’s biennial wage gaps measurement.
