There are many things we care about in our everyday business here at Payette – drawing and doodling devices being all important. From detailed drawing and quick sketching to red-lining and mark-ups, we do a lot away from the keyboard. And, the tool matters.
The array of pens, pencils, highlighters and markers found in our supply room are considered the standard stash. Others have their own personal favorites: MUJI and Staedtler being stand-outs.

At home … I have a stash of Micron pens. Sharpie is great when we have to label obscure materials for a job.”

Along with Shawmut Design and Construction and Hobbs Brook Real Estate, we are thrilled to officially break ground on a new world-class research, science, and technology facility for commercial property insurer FM Global, a leader in loss prevention and business continuity.
The project will transform the FM Global Norwood campus by replacing an existing 1950s-era building with a four-story, 320,000 square-foot complex that will house research, FM Approvals, and multiple operations divisions and offices.
