PERFORMALISM asserts the inseparability of design and performance in our practice. It acknowledges the context of the project and explores how the building responds to stimuli. It considers the role of the environment, social geometry, and functionality in forming an organic unity, conceived and made evident in the integration of materiality and composition.
Each year, PAYETTE embarks on a collaborative effort to make our design services accessible to local communities through the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. This year, we celebrated our 8th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service by partnering with 7 local nonprofits:
