Seung joined the firm as a Designer in July 2018, having just graduated from Harvard GSD with his Master of Design in Energy and Environments. He also holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Architectural Studies degree from Washington State University. His current work at Payette includes architectural design work for Wesleyan University as well as a range of sustainability studies with the Building Science team.
Land’s Sake Farm Stand is recognized in Dezeen’s 2026 Top 50: America.
Land’s Sake Farm is a non-profit community farm located on public land that donates 30 per cent of its produce for hunger relief to communities in need and serves as an educational venue for 8,000 children annually.
The new farmstand and animal barn are the result of a seven-year pro bono effort that began with a master plan; they form the heart of the agrarian campus.
