Alison joined Payette in 2021 as an Architect. With 8 years of experience in several practice areas including primary education, higher ed, multi-family residential and lab design, Alison takes an active role in building strong relationships with client teams and works to integrate their specific needs into projects. Since joining Payette, Alison has focused on varying fast-paced projects including a speculative lab development project in Durham, North Carolina and more recently, a major corporate headquarters project in Norwood, Massachusetts. Deeply valuing mentorship and interpersonal relationships, Alison is a team-builder at heart and works to make knowledge accessible to both clients and younger design professionals. Education B.
