Steve joined Payette in 2002. He has over 20 years of accounting experience in the A/E/C industry as a Certified Design Accountant. Steve leads the firm’s efforts in all accounting matters: overseeing project financials, cash flow analysis, general ledger reporting, project billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Steve has also been instrumental in developing the firm’s financial forecasting, labor utilization tracking and budgeting processes.
After having worked for larger companies in the past, Steve enjoys the atmosphere at Payette where he has direct access to Principals and Project Managers to help review, update and strategize the financial health of projects. He has been heavily involved in creating and maintaining internal staffing and financial software that allows project managers direct financial access to their projects on a daily basis with the goal of communicating the projects’ financial well-being.
