Nathaniel Finley, AIA, LEED AP joined PAYETTE in 2026 with over 25 years of experience as a Project Manager and Project Architect. Prior to PAYETTE, Nat worked for 14 years at Shepley Bulfinch as an Associate Principal and Director, leading projects at Princeton, Harvard, Boston University and Loyola University Maryland. He has previously worked for SGA as a Project Architect for Biogen’s headquarters in Cambridge and IGT Center in Providence. Nat brings a breadth of experience in the profession to his projects and teams, and as a resource and mentor to others. His passion for design, sustainability, building science and embracing new technology put him at the intersection of providing great design and service for our clients.
Nat has worked on a variety of project types and delivery methods, including off-site modular construction at the Harvard Pagliuca Life Lab, and mass timber and panelized facades at Princeton University. He is always eager to take on the most challenging and complicated projects and lead his teams with a calm and confident demeanor.
