In an ever evolving profession, we seek to challenge ourselves daily through a variety of growth and learning opportunities. Open dialogues through Payette’s Women in Design, Revit Users Group and the sustainability group, Grassroots Green, enrich our practice by encouraging discussions on topics about which we are passionate. Payette’s mentoring program enhances staff development by fostering supportive mentoring relationships in the office. Weekly continuing education seminars bring in experts from related fields to present the newest thinking in materials, products and processes. Committed to supporting the development of the design staff, Payette's Young Designer's Core (YDC) provides resources and experiences for continuing education and community service, fostering the highest level of professional competency and synchronizing individual career growth with the firm's mission. Structured around presentations by Payette staff and outside consultants, construction tours and community service events, YDC seeks to complement daily project work with new experiences and learning opportunities.
