Milly joined Payette in 2008, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare architecture. She is a certified member of the American College of Healthcare Architects. She has over 25 years of experience designing healthcare facilities in Boston, primarily for tertiary care teaching hospitals including University of Massachusetts Medical School, Boston Children’s Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
In addition to her work as a Healthcare Architect, Milly worked as a department head for Yale-New Haven Health’s Facilities Planning and Design Department from 1996 to 2000, where she gained an excellent understanding of the operational forces that shape capital planning decision-making, as well as the importance of long-term healthcare planning.
