Sustainability
Payette promotes the belief that sustainable design is simply good design that fosters an understanding of a building’s impact on human health. This is an undercurrent that runs through every project we design. We strive to utilize energy saving strategies, to conserve natural resources, to control climates through energy efficient means and to create indoor spaces with natural light. This means a better environment for all who use our buildings. Projects in design pursuing LEED Certification include:
