Thomas Jefferson University and University Hospitals will extend their Philadelphia campus with this ambitious new clinical care facility. This first phase includes a 240,000 square foot Ambulatory Care Building with a 75-car underground parking garage. The prominent new development provides 8 ambulatory operating suites and outpatient clinics in cardiac & vascular medicine. In this urban setting, a comprehensive cancer care center includes infusion therapy suites gathered around intimate gardens. The site strategy incorporates a new park planned for eventual transformation into a 78 inpatient bed and surgical hospital expansion.
