Renovation Projects

For the past five years, Payette has been working continuously at MGH on multiple renovation projects at the main hospital campus. Payette was awarded renovation projects in several buildings including an 18-bassinet Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Blake 10, a 12-14-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Bigelow 6, a 19-physicial medical practice unit for the Bulfinch Medical Group in Wang 5. Some of these projects have been very technically challenging involving multiple phases and minimizing disruptions to daily operations such as with the Core Laboratory Renovation (Gray 5) and Interventional Radiology (Gray 2) projects.
