This project involved space planning, programming and interior design services for 27,000 SF fit-out for a high-technology company specializing in software development and applications management. Special design areas include state-of-the-art computer facility, multimedia conference and meeting rooms, and open office workstation environments. In place of offices, top management works adjacent to employees within open workstation environments called neighborhoods. The scale of each neighborhood becomes more intimate with strategically placed walls, color and lighting. At the elevator lobby and reception area, a strong centralized connection between the public areas and the conferencing functions are emphasized through interlocking walls, ceiling soffits and floor carpet patterns.
