UBS/PAR Capital Management - Boston, MA
One International Place, 24th floor

Payette was hired by the Boston branch of the Dutch bank ABN-AMRO’s real estate division to design their tenant spaces at One International Place. Over the past three years, Payette has worked to design spaces for various tenant groups — projects ranging in size from 400 SF to 4,800 SF. PAR Capital, shown in these photographs, features specialty items such as multi-person trading desks, Bloomberg stations, and various types of custom millwork. Payette was also involved in the design of the ABN-AMRO common spaces such as conference rooms, reception area, kitchen, and corridors to unify the design identity. Beyond basic architectural services, Payette also provided interior finish selection, code review, coordination with MEP consultants, and coordination with ABN-AMRO’s in-house IT infrastructure engineer. In 2004, ABN-AMRO was acquired by UBS, and Payette continues to provide service to this client.
