| Due to the complexity of our projects and challenging client needs, our design process relies on the active synergy between team members to find the best solutions for our clients. This team approach demands that all participants, including young designers, contribute their ideas and opinions to the design dialogue. Our interns are valued for their fresh and bold ideas and are given challenging project responsibilities that afford the opportunity to author many aspects of a building’s design. Weekly design pin-ups and critiques, lunch-time presentations, architectural forums, and informal studio design dialogue help to define this creative, open-minded culture at Payette. | | |
